As I feared, I have received a complaint about the Jo Brand quote in the previous post. You know the one, ‘Men are great. As a concept.’ Jo Brand is a comedian.
Let me make this clear, I love men. My Dad was a man, all his life. Some of my best friends are men. Hell, I’ve even kissed a few.
So, in the interests of fairness and balance, I offer another comic’s observation. Unfortunately, I can’t remember their name or their exact words.
‘The ruins of Ancient Egypt are proof that the Pharaohs allowed their Queens to have a go at backing the chariot into the garage.’
